Shockers Team Info

The Shockers are an 18 and under fastpitch softball team. They are affiliated with the Griffith (Indiana) Girls Softball League. The league has been in existence for over 30 years. The team colors are pink and black.

The members of the Shockers come from various NW Indiana communities, see the roster for details. In 1997 many of the players received individual honors, eleven players were named to the Times All Area Team and three were selected as Indiana North/South All-Stars.

The Shockers play a very competitive schedule of both ASA and NSA tournaments. In 1997 they finished fifth in NSA Nationals. See the schedule page for information and results.
